In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 2 Tbsp of sugar, melted butter and mix with fingers. Press mixture into bottom of 10” springform pan. Bake for 10 mins. Beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla in a large bowl. Add sour cream, mix well, then add eggs one at a time until just blended. Do not overmix. Pour batter over crust. Lightly drop spoonfuls of Bonne Maman Cherry Preserves over batter. Using knife, cut through batter to create a marbled effect. Bake for 40 mins, until the center is almost set. Remove from oven to cool. Once cooled, refrigerate for 4 hrs, or overnight.
